This is a very special and rare privilege for the faithful and a great blessing from Almighty God. Not often is this Rite carried out with the faithful present. Also, thanks be to God that with modern technology those that normally are not able to physically (but desire to) attend due to distance or illness, can now witness it from their own place of residence.
